We first met in November 2024 when we started working together, and it didn’t take long to realise how much we had in common — a love of crafts, similar ideas, and the same dream of running our own business. What began as everyday conversations soon grew into a shared vision.
Together, we wanted to bring something special to the Forest of Dean community: a place where families could come and feel completely at ease. A safe, relaxed environment where parents can enjoy a good coffee and delicious food while their children explore a moment of calm.
Our space isn’t about running around — it’s designed for gentle play, imagination, and role‑play adventures. We wanted to create somewhere that sparks creativity, encourages little minds to slow down, and gives families a peaceful place to spend time together.
And the name? DeeDee’s brings together our own names — Debbie and Dawn — and reflects the journey we took to build it. Over eight weeks of day‑and‑night hard work, we poured our hearts into creating a space we’re genuinely proud of.
Today, that dream is alive, welcoming families into a calm, creative environment filled with comfort, imagination, and community.
Where to find us
We are situated on the Vantage Point Business Village in Mitcheldean. From the main road entrance, follow the road around to the left. You will see us on your right but please park in the main car park (free) just up on the left. We are just a short walk away.
Please remember this is a working business park, so please be mindful when walking to us and use the pavement and zebra crossings. We look forward to seeing you.
